Callan A. Martin

Dr. Callan Martin, DC, CCSP is a Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician practicing in the Overland Park area of the Kansas City metro. He has been in practice since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Logan University in 2010. He has served the Kansas City metro area since 2013. His practice, Back On Track Chiropractic + Acupuncture sees patients of all ages and backgrounds. Emphasis on proper injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. Instilling good habits and technique in young athletes is his passion. During his professional training, he worked with many high-school, college and professional athletes while at the prestigious Biofreeze Rehabilitation Clinic at Logan University. After graduation, he practiced on the East coast and earned his Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and volunteered as the strength and conditioning coach at a local high school for a few years before returning to the Midwest. In 2013, he began training and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) through the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians ABCSP. He is active with the ACA Sports Coucil. He is also a member of the ICPA and is certified in the Webster Technique, developed at his alma mater, Logan College of Chiropractic (University). He has been a lifelong chiropractic patient and credits chiropractic care for his durability and recovery while playing high school athletics, college rugby and powerlifting. During college he became interested in nutrition and the science and art of exercise science and strength training. He personally lost 130 pounds of excess body weight with the proper diet and exercise regimen. When not practicing, he enjoys spending time with his wife, twin daughters, and pets.
